Pleas join us for a workshop designed to introduce you to the world of mushrooms. Learn how to identify mushrooms and find out how they can benefit your immune and gastrointestinal systems. Led by local herbalist and functional medicine practitioner, Aron McNicholas of Hartwood Herbals, you will be able to sample tinctures, teas and dried specimens. Aron will also discuss the numerous ways of preparation and why one form would be used over another. There will be a Q&A afterwards and plenty of time to talk with Aron. Each participant will also be emailed a copy of the presentation after the fact.
