Co-hosted with Karen Burr of Materia Medica Herbal Blending Bar, this workshop will discuss the medicinal uses of mugwort in both Eastern and Western medicine and more. Participants will get to experience moxibustion, will be able to sample mugwort based tea and will also go home with some goodies.
