Our commitment to you is forever, but your membership is commitment free!
Membership services begin the date of purchase. Your monthly subscription renews automatically. Balances are collected 30 days from the beginning subscription date.
You can opt out by emailing zpwellness@outlook.com. To avoid auto-renewal for the following month, you must contact us 2 days prior to your automatic renewal date.
Included services are NOT cumulative and will be forfeited if not used during the monthly billing cycle.
Membership treatments, discounts and perks are not shareable or transferable.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you must wait 30 days / 1 billing cycle to restart a new membership.
